All V7 Host VPS come with free basic management by default provided by our 24/7 support staff. We will carry out most issues on a request basis - if you need help with anything or want something installed, submit a ticket and we'll be able to help you out! If you are unsure as to what is included in our plans ask us and we'll be able to let you know.

Please note that our VPS do not come with backups - it is up to customers to regularly take backups. We take no responsibility for any data lost due to hardware failure or otherwise.
